Which devices are supported?

iPhone running iOS 17 or later. iPad and Android are not supported. We have no plans to bring Chartera to Android.

How do I subscribe?

Open Chartera and follow the subscription prompt in Settings. Billing is handled by Apple via your Apple ID. We do not see or store your card details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Chartera → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

How do I delete my account?

Visit /delete-account for step-by-step instructions, or email support@chartera.pro.
